Popimedia together with its mobile outdoor media partner Tempest Car Hire placed 10 Edgars wrapped cars in Johannesburg and Cape Town for the period of the FIFA World Cup. These cars were available for rent at the OR Tambo and Cape Town International Airport locations and were seen by hundreds of thousands of people every day. Some cars were also spotted at the soccer venues themselves!

Each car travelled on average 4500km per month meaning that the collective 10 cars did millage in the order of 45,000km - that's just over once around the world!

Accompanying the entire fleet out of Johannesburg; Cape Town and Durban were rear-view mirror tie vouchers which were hung from every car and made available to those renting from Tempest.
